Welcome to the Sophisticated Hardware. This site is an extension of our two retail stores in South Florida. We have been actively in business for the last twenty years, and although we carry thousands of products from over 80 different manufacturers, we have started our Web-Store offering products from just a few brands. We will be constantly adding new lines in the near future, so check back with us often.

All online transactions are handled with industry standard encryption. When you enter your order, your credit card number is transmitted across the internet in an encrypted form. Furthermore, all of the customer's data is protected against unauthorized access.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
We only accept Visa or Mastercard as credit card payments.
FREIGHT
All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not make a profit on the freight charge, however we do have a $2 handling charge. Freight will be charged to your final bill based on weight and destination, according to UPS rates.
At customer's request we can ship 2nd day or next day Air, however this can be costly.
Full freight will be allowed on shipments of $ 1,000 or more for ground shipments within the continental United States. Ceramic Products, Furniture, & Bathtubs Do Not Include Free Shipping
International shipments will be sent UPS -Air and freight will be added to invoice. Custom duties at the country of destiny, are the sole responsability of the Buyer.
SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
We will ship most order within 48 hours of placing the order, however sometimes some items might be on Backorder. If this is the case we will contact you to give you an estimated date of delivery.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS
Our responsability ends at the time Sophisticated Hardware delivers merchandise in original condition to the carrier. Delivery to the carrier constitutes delivery to the customer. All claims for damaged or lost shipments should be made promptly by the customer to the carrier.
RETURN POLICY
If the product you ordered is not what you expected, you may return it within 7 days of received, as long as it is sent back in the original box and in perfect condition. A full refund will be made under this circumstances, except for shipping charges.
Any item which has been installed or damaged cannot be returned.
Any product returned after 7 days and no more than 60, will be charged a 20% restocking fee, unless defective.
To return any product you must request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization)
To receive an RGA you must provide us with the invoice number and the item number you wish to return. All shipping charges run on behalf of the customer.
SALES TAX
Only Florida residents pay tax, all other States are exempt from tax.
